Welcome to the Mobile Phones Tariffs page, the tariff of a contract mobile phone is the amount you pay per month and the amount of calls and text messages that you receive for that monthly fee.

There are lots of tariffs available so it is best to find on that is right for you, you have to consider how many minutes of calls are you likely to use per month, when are you likely to use them, how many text messages are you likely to send per month and most importantly how much do you want to spend per month on a contract tariff.

This is because a contract tariff for a mobile phone will have a set amount of minutes that you can use throughout the month for your monthly fee and you pay for these if you use them or not so it is very important to make sure the contract you choose has roughly the right amount of minutes for you. The minutes can also be limited to certain times of day (off peak or on peak usually) or to the same mobile phone network so if the people that you call are spread across many networks then choose a tariff that allows calls to all networks. There are also a set amount of text messages that you will get per month but these are very simple and can usually be used at any time.

To make contract tariffs a little more appealing (and complicated!) the networks also often offer some very tempting special offers but remember that there are always limited to a certain number of months at the start of the contract. These cheap special offers include free line rental, half price line rental and double minutes and text messages and they can make the initial months of the contract allot cheaper but remember that these free line rental, half price line rental and double minutes and text message offers will not last for the whole contract.
